PAYMENT AND COLLECTION

Step 1. Place New Order
For new orders, please email us at sgmambobaby@gmail.com.

Please include the following:
a. Name
b. Address
c. Contact Number
d. Float/Tub/Combo
e. Colour / Shape
f. Quantity
g. Collection Mode (Normal Postage/Registered Postage/Self Collection)

Delivery/Collection method
a) Neck float: $1.50 per pc for normal postage*.
b) Please add $2.25 on top of the normal postage charges for registered mail which we will strongly recommend as Sing Post do not track normal mail and we will not be liable if the item is lost in the mailing transit.
c) Self-Collect Subject to arrangement
d) Delivery at $8.00 per residential address on weekday office hours.
e) For Swimming Tub set, please opt for self collect or delivery .

* For normal postage, SG Mambo will not liable in the event of lost of item by normal mail.

Self-collection will be our place at BUANGKOK LINK by appointment.

Step 2. Confirmation of Order and Payment

Once we receive the email, we will reply you for confirmation of order. Upon confirmation,

Please transfer payment to DBS CURRENT 018-902299-5.If you are transferring from other bank, our branch code is 018.

Do inform us if you are transferring from other bank as it will take at least 2-3 working days before it will be reflected in our account.

Step 3. Confirmation of Payment

Please send us an email to sgmambobaby@gmail.com stating the following

a. Name
b. By ATM or internet transfer
c. Date & Time of transfer
d. Total amount transferred
e. Reference number & Reference name used when transferring.

Our Exchange Policy

SG Mambo honours our 1 to 1 exchange policy for all defective products, that are reported/highlighted to us within 1 week upon collection or receipt of goods.

Goods SOLD are Non-refundable.
