PAYMENT AND COLLECTION

Step 1. Place New Order
For new orders, please email us at sgmambobaby@gmail.com.

b. Address
c. Contact Number
d. Float/Tub/Combo
e. Colour
f. Quantity
g. Collection Mode (Normal Postage/Registered Postage/Self Collection)

Delivery/Collection method
a) Neck float: $1.50 per pc for normal postage*.
b) Please add $2.24 on top of the normal postage charges for registered mail which we will strongly recommend.
c) Self-Collect Subject to arrangement
d) Delivery at $8.00 per address.
e) For tub and swimwear, please opt for self collect or delivery collection or delivery.

* For normal postage, SG Mambo will not liable in the event of lost of item by normal mail.

Step 2. Confirmation of Order and Payment

Once we receive the mail, we will email you for confirmation of order. Upon confirmation,

Our Exchange Policy

SG Mambo honours our 1 to 1 exchange policy for all defective products, that are reported/highlighted to us within 1 week upon collection or receipt of goods.
